(This group of young people assist the SALT Team by providing strong and experienced leadership as program and cabin leaders for the majority of the summer.)

(This program is designed to equip, train, and develop young people who have a desire to become leaders and to serve in a camp context.  They are given the opportunity for a variety of experiences including cabin and program leading.)

Summer Volunteer Staff

Camp Crossroads depends on the generosity of adult, Christian volunteers to provide its camping experiences.  We need at least 300 willing workers each summer, and our history is a testament to those that volunteer each year (and over many years)

Prerequisites: people who love Jesus Christ, have a heart to serve other and a passion for camping ministry.


Consider joining us for a week or more this summer in a variety of areas: cabin leading, program leading, dining hall, cooking, nursing, janitorial work or maintenance.
